G-Force Consulting Inc. was founded by Gary L. Gustafson in 2005 after spending 13 years at industry leaders Polaris and Arctic Cat. Born with a natural interest in the outdoors and technology, Gary was on the engineering team that launched the iconic Polaris Ranger and Sportsman ATV platforms. He was an original member of the Management team that launched the Polaris Development Process, and also the original inventor of what became the Polaris RiderX and Ride Command infotainment systems plus other technologies such as Active Descent Control. While at Arctic Cat, Gary led a team that launched industry firsts including the award-winning CatComm radio system and a lightweight, battery-less push button transmission system for snowmobiles. Gary also spoke at press events to promote the Arctic Cat brand and technology.
G-Force Consulting has been a corporate strategy and new business development juggernaut. Always original and innovative, G-Force launched the Yamaha Adventure Pro GPS, was the think tank that initiated TGB's million-dollar re-entry to the US market as a tier-1 supplier and OEM, provided a foundation for successful acquisition and growth of Symtec/Heat Demon, partnered with Bosch to approve mobile apps for their MySPIN powersports dashboard, laid groundwork for Kimpex's oils launch, guided American Landmaster into a new stage of growth and developing custom market reports for powersports components such as batteries, winches, starter motors and lighting. G-Force played a key role in successful media launches for brands like the Gravely Atlas UTV and significant advertising revenue growth for organizations such as Dirt Trax/Supertrax Media and Bear Hunting Magazine. Today, after more than 70 paid consulting engagements, G-Force is heavily involved in Corporate innovation strategy, mergers and acquisitions and business development that spans the entire industry.
